After Sale Policy
1. Limited Warranty
Xinfrared warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Xinfrared product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
This warranty statement sets forth Xinfrared total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period for Xinfrared power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
Xinfrared will repair or replace (at Xinfrared expense) any Xinfrared product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. The repaired/replaced product assumes the remaining warranty of the original date of purchase.
4. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on Xinfrared product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Xinfrared warranty does not apply to: ·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Xinfrared current product literature.
All orders on Xinfrared Official Website will be shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed, normally using a FedEx service - with the shipping time in the following states, taking 3-4 working days. The shipping time in remote areas will be extended.
・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, holidays and so on.
・The portable power supply and solar panels cannot be shipped together. Note: if you ordered all items together, they may be shipped in separate packages.

2. Payment Failure
To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide Xinfrared with information about why your payment was declined. Please contact your bank directly to resolve these payment issues.
To determine why your payment was declined - please consider the following factors and contact your bank for more information if necessary.
① Have you exceeded your credit limit?
② Did you correctly enter your credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address and phone number into your account?
③ Did you make purchases that exceed your normal spending limit? Some banks will block transactions for security reasons.
④ Does your card issuer have special policies, regarding electronic or Internet purchases?
3. Installment Payments
We offer installment payments for individual products priced above $500. When the conditions are met, the Affirm icon will be displayed on the product tour, and the customer will click on 'Prequalify now' and a preview of the installment plan and installment amount will appear. qualify' will jump to Affirm page.
Xinfrared offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Jackery.com. We are confident that you will love your new Xinfrared product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do let us know within a 30 day period. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can refund the full purchase price. In order to return your product within the 30-day return policy, please ensure that:
You have purchased the product directly from Jackery.com. You should contact Xinfrared and begin the return process, within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging - with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and you should additionally provide your return authorization number.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received any refund yet, please do recheck your bank account carefuly again. If your payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please do allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You should also contact your credit card company direcltly, if the credit still hasn't appeared - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
3. Return & Refund Conditions
Please carefully read the terms and conditions below. If the terms and conditions are not met, Xinfrared reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Xinfrared does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: A product that is custom configured or branded to your personal specifications. A product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
4. How to Return an Item
To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Xinfrared will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get your RMA form by contacting us via telephone, or email for assistance.
5. Process for Returning a Product
① Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
② Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Xinfrared . Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
